THE TEAM

Nicole Devine born and raised in Winnipeg, is the supportive and loving wife of Matt, a dedicated mother of two, and a proud grandma to two lively grandkids. With over 33 years working at RBC in various leadership capacities, she thrived in being both a leader and coach, finding great purpose in guiding and nurturing individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
This skillset and natural ability would ultimately prepare her for the challenges she would face in Matt's mental health journey and her recent endeavors in large scale event planning.
Nicole’s greatest achievements are deeply rooted in her dedication to nurturing human potential, masterfully organizing and leading large-scale events, embracing the joys and responsibilities of motherhood and grandparenting, and providing unwavering support and companionship to Matt across all facets of life.
During the pandemic, Nicole realized she needed to better prioritize her own well-being to effectively support her loved ones. While she's never struggled with weight, Nicole admits her lifestyle wasn't always the healthiest, but her deep-rooted instinct to care for others has always guided her.
Nicole began her own transformative journey along side Matt, quitting smoking, adopting a fitness regimen, and immersing herself in the revitalizing practice of hot yoga. Nicole's passion for cooking and entertaining has been a lifelong affair, serving as her primary means of expressing love. Delving into the correlation between food and holistic health, she discovered powerful insights that not only nourished her family but also supported Matt through his training and endurance events.
Blessed with the presence of healthy children and grandchildren in her life, Nicole sees it as a privilege to uplift those facing struggles, aiming to make a meaningful difference while inspiring others to embrace a purpose beyond themselves.
Nicole Devine's story is a testament to resilience, compassion, and the transformative power of self-care. Through her journey, she exemplifies the essence of a life well-lived—one dedicated to nurturing others and fostering positive change in the world.
